Not like a typical hotel with a concierge/front desk to ask questions. The host was helpful via text but we never interacted with him. The breakfast is OK. Wish the timing options were a little better...

What guests loved:
Absolutely fantastic location. Quiet yet near to the action. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The private jacuzzi and perfect unobstructed sunset views made it the best stay for Santorini!
Areas for improvement:
The bedroom would get a bit hot at night if you closed the door but the main AC worked well if left door open. Wouldn’t be an issue in cooler weather. Otherwise everything was fantastic.
